What counts as a seat

Every active workspace member: owners, admins, BDs, recruiters and viewers. Pending invitations hold a seat until they're accepted, revoked or expired.

What doesn't

Candidates using the candidate portal, guest interview links, and disabled members.

How billing works

We agree seat numbers with you and set them up for your workspace. There is no online checkout and no card on file.

Can we try it first?

Yes. We set up your workspace with the seats you need for a trial period we agree on the call, and you can explore a separate sample workspace with made-up data.

Does AI usage cost extra?

Each workspace has a monthly AI budget agreed with you. Resume reuse avoids spending it when a matching resume already exists.

Where is our data stored?

In jobbified's private cloud database and file storage. Your workspace is isolated from every other customer.

Can we export our data?

Yes. Owners can export workspace data at any time.
